BOOKING POLICIES
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING ANY OF THE LISTED SERVICES
-BOOKING
Please book services at least two days in advance. A consultation will need to be booked for ALL collaboration services.
-PAYMENT
ALL payments must be made via website or invoice sent by AK. Cash App payments will NOT be accepted! If class has been booked with a deposit, the remaining balance MUST be paid via cash or card at the door upon entering class.
-REFUNDS
Deposits and service fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Students are allowed up to one week to reschedule their desired service.
-DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required and MUST be paid via the site BEFORE all private sessions.
-CANCELLATIONS
All private sessions require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Failure of a 24 hour notice will result in students still being charged the total service amount.
-LATE POLICY
Please communicate if you are running late. Students have a 10 minute grace period for private sessions. After this grace period, your private session will be cancelled. No Call No Shows will be charged the total service amount.
-MEDIA
Photos and/or videos may be taken during your service and used for marketing purposes at the discretion of AK Fierce.
-AFTER BOOKING
Students will receive a confirmation email including the location, time, date, and cost of the service booked. A reminder email and text will also be sent. Students MUST respond to confirm.
